The Northwest Organization for Animal Help is dedicated to ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable, and treatable homeless dogs and cats. They achieve this through family-friendly pet adoptions, humane education, volunteer programs, and high-quality spay and neuter programs available for low-income residents via their Spay & Neuter Clinic.
Over the years, The NOAH Center has developed partnerships with over 100 shelters, introduced a second-highest volume spay/neuter clinic in Washington state, and tirelessly worked to provide second chances for animals at risk of euthanasia.
